Dan had his first taste of startups in early 2010 when he set up Bias Development with two friends from University. Teaching themselves iPhone development and working with numerous clients (including FIA), this lead to co-founding Floxx the following year.
After a year of product failures (read learnings), Floxx became an agency in 2012, working with the likes of News International, The Sun and The Times, among others.
Missing the excitement of building his own ideas, Dan left Floxx in March the following year to set up Drivn. Focussed on mobile consumer products, Drivn is funded & managed solo by Dan. Currently the company has one app live on the App Store & is most of the way through building its second, Goodtimes (due to launch in 2015).
When not writing code, Dan works with startups in the London area – often in a product capacity; instrumental in building strong teams and delivering products that delight and engage.
